How JSM Traders handles the information you share with us.
Information We Collect
When you submit an enquiry, request a quotation, subscribe to updates or apply for a role, we collect the details you provide: name, company, email, phone number, GST number, delivery location, requirement details and any files you attach. We also collect standard technical data (such as pages visited) through our hosting provider's logs.
How We Use It
Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, fulfil orders, meet statutory obligations (such as GST invoicing and e-way bills), and — only if you subscribed — send occasional trade updates. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party.
Sharing
Details are shared only where fulfilment requires it: with transporters for delivery, with manufacturers where a direct-dispatch or technical query needs it, and with government authorities where the law requires. Each receives only what the task needs.
Retention & Security
Business records (quotations, invoices, correspondence) are retained as required by Indian tax and commercial law. Enquiry data that does not become a transaction is periodically purged. Access to stored data is limited to our staff on a need-to-know basis.
Your Choices

Third-Party Services
