About These Terms
This website is operated by JSM Traders, 9B, Rajender Nagar Industrial Area, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad (UP) 201007 ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an enquiry or order, you accept these terms. Formal supply contracts, purchase orders and rate agreements between us and a buyer prevail over these general terms where they differ.
Product Information
Product listings are representative of our supply range, not an exhaustive inventory. Specifications, grades, packaging options and availability are indicative and confirmed at quotation. Images are placeholders or representative photographs, not depictions of specific batches.
Quotations & Pricing
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them (or 7 days if unstated) and subject to market movement for commodity items. Prices exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed only on our written acceptance (email or WhatsApp).
B2B Supply Only
We supply to businesses, institutions and laboratories for industrial and professional use. Certain chemicals are supplied only against verifiable business credentials and, where applicable, statutory licences. We may decline any order at our discretion, including where end-use cannot be reasonably verified.
Delivery & Risk
Dispatch timelines are estimates given in good faith. Unless agreed otherwise, risk passes to the buyer on handover to the transporter; transit insurance is arranged only on request. Shortages or transit damage must be noted on the LR/POD and reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Quality Claims
Material is supplied against the manufacturer's Certificate of Analysis. Quality complaints must be raised within 7 days of receipt with batch details and, where possible, a sealed sample retained. Verified claims are settled by replacement or credit; our liability is limited to the invoice value of the affected material.
Safe Handling
Industrial chemicals are hazardous by nature. The buyer is responsible for storage, handling, use and disposal in accordance with the MSDS supplied and applicable law, and for equipping its personnel accordingly.
Payments
Payment terms are as stated on the quotation or invoice. Overdue amounts may attract interest at 18% per annum, and further supplies may be held until the account is regularised.
Intellectual Property & Website Use
Website content, copy and design belong to JSM Traders or their respective owners and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, scrape it at scale, or submit false enquiries.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Last updated: August 2026.
